The service

• The API returns an independent, deterministic probability estimate, an executable-price comparison, and a tamper-evident receipt. No forecast is guaranteed to win; probabilities are estimates.
• The service is informational. It is not financial advice, not a custodial service, and it does not place orders. Any trading decision and its risk are yours.
• Cross-venue edges are never risk-free: fill, custody, venue, cancellation, and settlement risks remain.

Acceptable use

• Call the API within its published rate limits and payment terms.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, replay payments, or misrepresent receipts.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Sources may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable; the service fails closed rather than fabricating data.

These terms will be finalized with the operator's legal identity before public listing.
